1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Astronominal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service & Astronomical Simulations

Astronominal provides real-time orbital astrophysics calculations, astrological mindfulness interpretations, and personalized analytical reports for self-reflection, entertainment, and personal enrichment. The Service does not provide licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Digital Subscriptions & Payments

• Free trial: Eligible verified accounts can explicitly start one 30-day trial. No card is required and no payment is collected automatically when it ends. Trial access includes personal daily, weekly and monthly readings, the birth report, and the monthly PDF guide. Paid access requires a separate checkout.
• Billing: Stellar memberships are billed in advance and renew every 30 or 365 days, as shown at checkout. Daily, weekly and monthly readings are generated in your dashboard from your saved birth profile; automatic email delivery is not included.
• Cancellation: Open Account & Plan in your dashboard to reach Whop billing management and cancel renewal. Access remains active until the verified paid period ends. A separately purchased Birth Report retains permanent account access.
• Digital Delivery: Available reports are delivered through the signed-in account after payment is verified. The applicable product page describes the report format and any information required before generation.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, UI components, vector designs, and visual content on Astronominal are the intellectual property of Astronominal Labs. Users receive a personal license to download and print their generated PDF reports for personal or business advisory use.
