We want you to feel complete peace of mind when exploring Astronominal. If our platform does not bring clarity, joy, or value to your journey within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Simply email our friendly support team at info@astronominal.com with your order receipt or account email address. Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals through the Whop membership management page linked from Astronominal's Account & Plan panel, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access remains available until Whop reports that the current paid period has ended.
