By accessing or using the Astronominal platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service & Astronomical Simulations

Astronominal provides real-time orbital astrophysics calculations, astrological mindfulness interpretations, and personalized analytical reports for self-reflection, entertainment, and personal enrichment. The Service does not provide licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Digital Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions (Stellar and Cosmic Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via your account portal. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• Instant Digital Delivery: Digital PDF dossiers and report outputs are generated and delivered instantly upon calculation.

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, UI components, vector designs, and visual content on Astronominal are the intellectual property of Astronominal Labs. Users receive a personal license to download and print their generated PDF reports for personal or business advisory use.
